Conveyancing paralegal / assistant required for busy Cardiff City Centre practice.

This firm has an outstanding reputation nationwide for their residential conveyancing work. Due to an increase in their workload, they are seeking a paralegal / assistant to join their team to assist the sales and purchase fee earners.

Previous experience assisting fee earners is essential along with a true understanding of residential conveyancing from instruction through to post-completion. Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, new builds and registered/unregistered land.
