Senior Residential Conveyancer, Suffolk An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to assist with an increasing workload of matters within this well established law firm. With a powerful combination of experience, knowledge and a modern approach to clients, this firm has a lot to offer a dedicated solicitor. The role is for a Residential Conveyancer who has the experience and ability to handle a general caseload of Residential Property work. Ideal candidates will be a strong team player and possess the capability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You will be expected to act on behalf investors on a number of matters including re-mortgages, equity release schemes, leasehold enfranchisement and leasehold properties. An attractive salary and bonus scheme is on offer for the successful candidate. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong and consistent track record within their career and will be able to demonstrate loyalty to firms they have worked for. Candidates who have the ability to deal with high value properties are also encouraged to apply.
