Job Description

An accomplished Residential Conveyancer with solid experience of running a broad based property caseload is urgently sought by this well established regional practice.  You will join an established team and take immediate responsibility for an existing caseload of matters and be used to working with minimal supervision.  Our client already has a strong position within the market so you will be expected to cement existing relationships in the area as well as hit the ground running with regards to your fee earning responsibilities.

Our client anticipates that suitable candidates will be comfortable working fairly autonomously and be used to undertaking development and marketing responsibilities.  Applications are ideally sought from Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancer with appropriate expertise but candidates with a proven track record in residential conveyancing will also be considered.
