Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive - Hampshire.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading regional law firm in Hampshire for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a successful residential conveyancing team. The role will be working along side the Head of Residential Conveyancing Department in the day to day management of the team to include training junior members of the team, technical assistance and driving the department forward.
An enthusiastic, energetic person is required to help build up the department and be pro active in business development and networking to gain new clients - both externally and internally.
The residential property team handles all aspects of conveyancing to include freehold & leasehold sales & purchases, re-mortgages, buy to lets, part exchanges, shared ownerships, high net worth clients and dealing with new builds.
To apply for the role you need to be a qualified solicitor, 4 years PQE and above, or a qualified chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) specialising in residential conveyancing. Experience of new builds an advantage.
