Private practice requires an experienced property conveyancer with a solid all round sale transaction experience from instruction through to completion including shared ownership, re-mortgage, equity release as well as sale and purchase. The position will require managing a busy caseload of files utilising a case management system and therefore the successful candidate must have previous IT and case management experience. This would be an ideal opportunity for a conveyancing paralegal, executive or fee earner who thrives in a fast paced environment. Salary dependent upon experience.
