Job Description

High Standards and Excellent Client Service.

I'm keen to hear from any qualified Conveyancing Solicitor who is able to demonstrate a proven track record in dealing with high net worth conveyancing transactions to include exposure to agricultural properties and estates.

First class academics and ideally, a history working for a Legal 500 practice, is sought and a good market knowledge of the region would be extremely beneficial.  You will have experience of buying and selling farms and agricultural estates, assisting in the management of estates and advising on the many aspects of law affecting either farmers or non-farmers owning country properties where agricultural land is involved.

It's all about quality of service here.  The team specialises in sales, purchases, mortgages, leases and other transactions involving residential properties all over England and Wales, and in particular those of a high value or involving complex arrangements, and often requiring a commercial approach.

A rewarding salary and benefits package is offered, negotiable in line with your experience and credentials.

You will be well placed if you are located in the Oxfordshire, London, Cotswolds or Birmingham region - there are excellent motorway links.
