Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant for a South Manchester law firm.

Our client is a well established South Manchester law firm with a solid client base. Following continued and sustained growth a position has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant.

Working within this fast paced department you will assist on a caseload of Residential Sales and Purchase files. The role is to work on files through all stages of the conveyancing process, including opening and closing files, dealing with incoming correspondence, sending standard letters, dealing with telephone enquiries, applying for searches and title checking.

We are looking for someone who has hands on experience at this level within fast paced Residential Conveyancing and has worked on a case management system.
