Residential Property, ILEX, - Kent - This UK leading full service law firm, with offices in the South East, have an established property team providing broad-ranging expertise in residential property matters. They advise on residential property sales and purchases, extending a lease or buying the freehold, transfers of equity, financial agreements and residential tenancies and licences. The firm requires an experienced residential property legal executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join them. You will have a proven track record in the residential property field both as a legal professional and in the marketplace. You will be technically competent, capable of working autonomously under pressure within a supportive team setting. You will be expected to develop the residential property practice both by the quality of service delivered and by forming professional relationships with key introducers. In return you will receive a competitive remuneration package.
