Legal 500 listed law firm is looking to recruit a number of Conveyancing Fee Earners due to expansion.
Our client is a well established, prestigious, Legal 500 listed law firm based in the heart of West Yorkshire. Due to expansion and increased workload they are looking to recruit a number of Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their growing and dynamic team.
You will need to be well versed handling a caseload of:
* Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Shared ownerships and new builds
* Auction properties
* Right to buy properties
* Buy to let properties
* Registered and unregistered files
Experience of supervision and mentoring would be beneficial although is not essential for this vacancy.
Our client is presenting an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and forward thinking private practice law firm. You will given the opportunity to mentor a junior member of staff whilst managing a mixed caseload of your own, working towards billing targets.
Dependant on experience and level, salary is between £25k and £40k.
