Job Description

Maternity cover 6 - 12 months.

Our client based in Hampshire are seeking a locum for initially 6 months possibly going to 12 months.

Dealing with agreements for the sale of affordable housing land, and ancillary matters.

To carry out title investigations, draft documents for sales to Housing Associations (Land Agreements, Developments, Agreements, Transfers, Leases and Parent Company Guarantees).

The candidate must have the following competencies.

· Proven experience of Property Law and residential Conveyancing gained either in private practice or in house

· The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels and to analyze complex legal issues quickly and decisively

· To carry out title investigations

· To manage other miscellaneous transfers e.g. following sales and acquisitions to correct titles or leasebacks following acquisitions of house building sites.

· To submit search requests and reporting on the results of those searches.
