Job Description

A Residential Conveyancer is sought by this impressive East Midlands law firm.  A solicitor or qualified conveyancer is needed to handle the sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership properties; selling and buying at auction; re-mortgages; transfers of equity; sales and purchases of part; drafting statutory declarations, deeds of covenant, Notice of Transfer and charge; dealing with all aspects from instructions through to post completion.

A candidate who is a motivated team player with excellent customer service and IT skills is needed to take on this challenging role.

You must be an experienced Conveyancer with a stable career history and plenty of ambition for the future.
