We are looking to recruit at least 2 conveyancers who have volume experience, this due to planned growth for this year within a specific area of our client`s core business. The Ideal candidate will: Be able to manage a caseload of circa 75, Have drive and enthusiasm as well as excellent customer service skills. Have experience in the following: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Shared ownerships, New builds, Auction properties, Registered and unregistered land, Experience working with large volumes of cases and in a targeted environment is imperative, The ability to demonstrate sufficient experience in volume conveyancing is more significant for this vacancy than qualifications, Successful candidates are likely to possess 2 - 4 years experience with conveyancing. Salary £16K to £23K dependent upon experience.
