An exciting opportunity for a solicitor with experience in residential property work and ideally familiarity with the Devon market. This is a rare opportunity to join an acclaimed Exeter practice.
You'll join a large department that is going from strength to strength. The team covers buy to lets, buying property with a partner or family member, transfers of equity, property remortgages and purchase and sale of residential properties and new builds.
You'll enjoy the camaraderie and sense of team working in this department- this is very much a supportive environment in which to undertake conveyancing work and in many respects provides a smaller firm feel within a large firm.
