Commercial Conveyancing Legal Executive
Location: Exeter
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Our client is currently looking for a Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and practical experience of a wide range of commercial property work including property due diligence, experience of leasehold transactions, assistance on acquisition and disposals. This is a unique opportunity for a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the busy, friendly Commercial Property team.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the secured lending team to develop the clients in this sector including developing streamlined practices
Managing your own files, learning how the case plan system operates and following the process
Attending meetings with clients and providing updates on fast moving files
Delivering excellent client service in maintaining day-to-day contact with clients
Maintaining an electronic filing system for all of the files you manage
Maintaining organised and up to date files
Skills
Previous Commercial Conveyancing experience is essential
Delivering excellent client service in maintaining day-to-day contact with clients
Ability to pro-actively build and sustain strong relationships with clients and colleagues is paramount
Strong team player, capable of engaging colleagues and be able to cope with the pressures associated with handling multiple caseloads
