A rare opening for a solicitor to undertake high end residential property work with a leading Bristol based firm.
The role will suit a newly qualified solicitor or solicitor with a couple of years experience in this area. You'll enjoy a wealth of interesting fee earning work but in addition the role involves supervising others in a team so you will need to have strong interpersonal skills. You will of course be assisted by and report to a Partner so there will be plenty of support on offer.
You will work with a broad range of clients including companies, trusts, partnerships and private individuals. This is not conveyor belt conveyancing work but rather bespoke, high end and complex often involving high value sales of residential freehold and leasehold properties. You may also get involved dealing with disposing of properties for insolvency practitioner clients. You will need to have a good grasp of landlord and tenant issues and be an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills.
