Commercial Contracts Solicitor - 2-5 years PQE - Leeds
This highly regarded firm are seeking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to work closely with a well regarded Partner and another Solicitor. Work is at a high standard and the firm focus on quality rather than quantity. A truly modern and forward thinking commercial practice they place great store on personality fit and personal development as much as technical capability. They are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Solicitor to undertake fee earning work and get heavily involved in client meetings and business development. You should be able to advise on a wide range of commercial contracts work, including terms and conditions, supply contracts and trading advice and be capable of working on general commercial contracts projects for smaller clients through to longer, more time consuming assignments for FTSE 100 firms. They are seeking to expand the department and as such this is a perfect time to join so you can grow and develop with the team. This is a great opportunity to deal with a growing blue chip client base as well as to work in a team where developing key relationships and having a great deal of face to face contact with clients is encouraged.
