Job Description

Working as a member of the UK legal team, you will be responsible for commercial legal advice and practical solutions to the business and key stakeholders. Legal responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiatiing commercial contracts, managing complex procurement negotiations, developing distribution agreements, handling compeition law issues, and managing matters related to consumer law.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a commercial role with a difference, where no day is the same. If you are a Commercial Solicitor with circa 2-5 years PQE, looking for a c.6 month in-house in industry, this is a great option to consider.
