Commercial Lawyer - Maternity Cover
Providing cutting-edge technology services to healthcare providers across the UK, our client are a market leader in their field. The legal team pride themselves on providing a high quality, cost effective legal services for the company, whilst continuously improving appropriate frameworks, practices and policies.
Reporting directly to the Group Legal Counsel, this role will include providing sound commercial advice to the business handling a range of commercial contracts including procurement, tendering and some property matters. It is essential that you have experience of managing and prioritising your own workload and providing sound, commercial legal advice.
You will have excellent contract drafting skills and good communication abilities.
Candidates will be considered on a full or part time basis. The post-holder will ideally have experience working within an in-house legal team drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts.
