Job Description

BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the Midlands has the following vacancy:

This role will see you working on a broad range of legal matters. As well as undertaking commercial contract review, drafting and negotiation you will responsible for providing legal advice to key stakeholders and assisting with company secretarial, insurance, accident investigation and compliance matters. You will provide direct support to the legal team by undertaking the day-to-day legal work, plus specific project support when required.

This role is well suited to a Commercial Contracts Legal Executive/Paralegal or legally trained Commercial Contracts specialist. Ideally you will have worked in-house already and you will have some experience undertaking company secretarial, insurance or compliance work.
