Leading South West practice is expanding their corporate / commercial department by recruiting an additional experienced solicitor.  There is an established department already in place but they wish to recruit a solicitor to head up this area at a branch office and then develop a team.  There is a lot of work already referred to this office from other departments and other offices, so they are looking for someone who can run with this work and then develop the client base further by actively being involved in business development.  Applicants are likely to have at least 4 years pqe in corporate and company commercial work and will be used to being involved in marketing and business development activities.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is maybe frustrated currently in a top heavy department as this role will provide the progression and opportunities to head up a team in the short-term.  Somerset.
