Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multi-site South West practice and become part of their expert Commerce & Technology team. Ideally you will have at least 3 year's PQE and will demonstrate genuine and proven experience in a range of trademark, IP and commercial matters. Your client base will be national and international and you will work with SME's, multi-nationals and public bodies. Experience in IP and trademark law is essential as is the ability to secure and develop client relationships whilst supervising a team of paralegal.
