This is a super opportunity for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor who is looking for a genuine career opportunity. This is a senior level appointment with exciting prospects for the right candidate to lead the Commercial side of the practice and continue to maintain and build our client's reputation in this area. It is likely that suitable applicants will already be working at Associate level or equivalent and are now looking for the chance to progress and undertake a more senior role.
Our client provides a large range of services in both commercial and commercial property work for a large and existing client base. Your caseload will mainly focus on company matters but an all round knowledge of commercial property would be beneficial.
With an already strong reputation in the region, you will be expected to continue to establish the practice in the marketplace and maintain the firms profile as well as being part of the range of marketing activities that the firm already undertakes. Although alot of the commercial work that you will be undertaking comes from existing connections you will be equally focussed on further developing and servicing new clients.
This vacancy is a key strategic appointment for our client and is an important part of their ongoing development and future plans for the practice, therefore local knowledge and connections would be preferred.
