Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - 1-4 years PQE
My client, an established full service commercial firm in the heart of Manchester seeks a excellent junior to join the corporate/commercial team.
Joining a department that acts for an impressive client base made up of PLC, OMB and SME clients active in North West, you will have the chance to work a broad spectrum of work to include mainstream M&A together with wider commercial contracts.
The corporate/commercial team is well regarded and very friendly and their is very much an open door policy. The team prides themselves on their commercial approach and service delivery to their clients.
The right solicitor will need to be a strong team player and have solid grounding in corporate and commercial work. Whilst the team is very supportive, you will need to have the right attitude and be able to pick up things quickly and show the confidence to run with them.
As well as excellent work, you will get to work some well known names in the Manchester market and within a firm that aims to push its lawyer to greatness.
