Job Description
BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the North West has the following vacancy:
A strong NQ or 1 year PQE lawyer is sought after for a full time role at a leading company with their UK headquarters in the North West. To be considered you must have good experience of commercial contracts and a strong background from a leading regional/national law firm or in house team.
This is a generalist in house role with a focus on commercial work, including negotiating and drafting services contracts, licensing agreements, letters of intent, standard terms and conditions, as well as specialist equipment and construction contracts.
You will manage your own files and negotiate contracts with major European companies, which will require some familiarity with the commercial requirements and implications of cross jurisdictional law.
Company secretarial and regulatory work will also form part of your role, and you may assist in managing an extensive IP portfolio.
