Commercial Contracts, IP and IT
Our client is a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm with a reputation for its complex commercial work across a number of sectors including large infrastructure projects.
As part of a wider restructuring of the Commercial team, a clear role has emerged for a technically strong Commercial lawyer with either wider IP or IT experience.
The team has an excellent reputation for the quality of its work and the work will be varied and involve the full suite of commercial documents from outsourcing, distribution and agency agreements across an array of industries from biotech, financial, logistics to retail.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but well formed team that can offer someone perhaps reaching a block at their current firm, with the ability to take on a complex and interesting work. At least 3 years' PQE is necessary, with candidates up to 6 years encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a background from a well known national/regional firm, strong links to Manchester and enthusiasm for business development. Experience IP or IT would be an advantage but is not essential.
