This leading Merseyside law firm has a new requirement for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join its office. The firm have been steadily growing and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth which they are committed to achieving and are currently looking to extend this with the addition of a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer.

Our client has a loyal OMB / SME client base and would like to extend their company commercial offering to them. This is an opportunity that will suit a Company Commercial / Corporate Lawyer with experience including but not limited to the following:

Mergers, Acquisitions and disposals of businesses interests

Business start-ups

Management buyouts and buy-ins

Employment

Contractual and commercial disputes

Intellectual Property

Commercial agreements
