BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the South has the following vacancy:
Our client, a market leader in the provision of services to a range of industries, is looking to appoint a Spanish speaking Commercial Paralegal for 3 to 6 months on a fixed term contract basis. There is a possibility that this may be extended.
You will be responsible for drafting/reviewing and negotiating agreements, including leases, client and supplier service agreements, purchase agreements, and confidentiality agreements for Spanish clients.
The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish. You must have exceptional language skills, both written and verbal, and you must be confident conversing in both business and conversational Spanish.
You will have previous experience of working as a Commercial Paralegal, and have experience of working with commercial contracts on a daily basis. Some basic company secretarial and property lease experience would be beneficial although not essential.
To be considered for this role you must be capable of speaking fluent business Spanish. Individuals from Spanish speaking countries will be considered for this role however you must also have a strong grasp of English.
