Job Description

Our client is a Chambers recommended City heavyweight with a formidable Civil Fraud department. The firm has handled some of the last decade's high profile cases and continue to do so.


The firm are looking for a Civil Fraud Solicitor with a strong emphasis on Commercial Litigation and Fraud work. Representing private individuals as well as corporate bodies in a range of fraud work including:

  • Disputed arising out of commercial contracts
  • Dishonesty and deceit
  • Corruption and bribery
  • Conspirary and misfeasance
  • Money laundering
  • Breach of fiducuary trust
  • Trust litigation
  • Insolvency fraud

The firm are looking to recruit a Solicitor with 4 years+ PQE for the Central London office. You will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation as well as Fraud experience. You will also have good knowledge of Civil Injunctions including Freezing Orders, Search Orders and Disclosure.

This is an fantastic opportunity for the right Solicitor to join a well regarded law firm within its field.
