Are you a US law graduate with experience in commercial contracts drafting in the USA?  Have you recently relocated to the UK and been looking for some challenge? Then this is an ideal opportunity for you!

Our client is now looking for an in-house Legal Assistant to assist Corporate Lawyer with US-based renewable projects from London headquarters. You will be responsible for drafting contracts, agreements, ad-hoc duties related to the UK operations of the firm. In particular, you will be supporting an in-house Lawyer with every day routine tasks related to solar development projects, including EPC, lease land and confidentiality agreements as well as operation and maintenance contracts.

A suitable candidate must:

• Hold Law degree from US recognised university
• Have 2-3 years of legal support experience in a law firm with construction or renewables focus in the USA
• Have a solid knowledge and practical experience in drafting commercial contracts within energy/construction sector
• Be a flexible, professional and hard-working individual with friendly and positive attitude
