This firm is a leading light for IP, Technology and Media & Entertainment work. They are looking for a sparky 3-5 years qualified (or equivalent) lawyer to join their team. You will be working primarily with a partner who is a leading name in the Technology sector on a mix of contentious and non contentious work. The firm boasts an illustrious client list and you will be advising some of the most high profile organisations in the sector.
The main duties of the role are:
- drafting and negotiating on a range of technology and commercial contracts. These will be focused mainly on software development, licensing and distribution
- website development,
- negotiating digital content production and distribution agreements
- online privacy policies
- a wide variety of e-commerce agreements
- IP licencing agreements
- outsourcing agreements
- terms and conditions of sale
- agency and distribution agreements.
