This position is for an experienced company commercial lawyer. A unique opportunity to join a law firm with a growing reputation for quality work. You will be at associate level running your own workload and have at least four years pqe. Typical instructions range from private company share sales and acquisitions, management buy-outs, company law advice, shareholder through to employment related company law such as TUPE and directors service agreements.The ideal person will regard this as a business opportunity. They need someone who enjoys the challenge of growing a business and gets a buzz from business development, a solicitor who thinks like a business owner and has empathy with the challenges their clients face
