Job Description

All round Commercial solicitor required to join an established law firm with an office in North Kent. The team undertake a wide range of commercial services for businesses to include commercial agreements, terms of business, agency distribution agreements, company formations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, business transactions including commercial property disposals.

Reporting to a Partner you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of files. The successful applicant will also participate in business development and firm wide marketing. This role will suit a candidate with between 2 to 4 years PQE.

Salary dependent upon experience.
