A thriving private practice requires a qualified solicitor with approximately 2 to 5 years` PQE to work in one of their London offices based in Greater London. The successful applicant will have been responsible for managing their own caseload of commercial and corporate files.
The position offers autonomy to develop your own cases with full support from the Partners, established business links and clients multi division cross selling and future prospects to establish the department moving forward as part of your career progression.
It is anticipated the work will be varied to include advising, reviewing, drafting and amending commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, contracts and terms of business, managing sale and purchase of businesses, disposal and acquisition of property and due diligence.
Salary dependent upon experience.
