Job Description

Our significant blue chip client is looking for someone to cover a maternity position (which would be for 6-9 months). The client is looking for a Commercial Lawyer, specialised in contract law. The successful candidate will have strong negotiating skills and have acquired expertise in drafting, reviewing and interpreting the legal terms of a wide variety of commercial agreements.

Candidates with experience of Intellectual Property, Brand Protection, Licensing and Data Protection, Consumer Protection, IT & E-commerce would be of interest.
