Job Description

Quality commercial practice with large commercial department require a 3+ PQE commercial solicitor with a track record in Information technology, intellectual property, media as well as commercial transactional and outsourcing. The work will require assisting on some large commercial outsourcing contracts involving a range of services including license agreements, intellectual property and service level agreements. Candidates with strong drafting skills, good commercial and IT or business experience with at least 3 years experience gained from working in a recognised regional or City firm.
