Job Description
We are sourcing top corporate and commercial lawyers for our client, an international, market leading organisation in London. This is a challenging and highly rewarding role where you will be reporting into the Head of Legal and will be involved in a wide variety of work , which will include the following:
· Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for procurement, tax, treasury, and finance and company communications;
· Assisting with corporate transactions;
· Drafting and negotiating international licensing agreements;
· Providing legal support to HR Departments;
· Dealing with adhoc issues as they arise with in the business.
To be considered for the role you will be at least 3 years' PQE*, with first class academics from a leading university and with training at a well regarded city, regional or international law firm. Ideally, you will have enjoyed a commercial secondment or be working in-house currently. You will be approachable, down-to-earth and commercial with outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail. You will have exceptional corporate transaction and commercial contracts experience with a can-do attitude and an approachable manner. You must have the willingness and ability to show initiative.
