Legal Works clients are a leading commercial law firm currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic intellectual property solicitor / lawyer to join a friendly and hugely successful team in the London office.
FIRM
The FIRM offers a full spectrum of commercial legal services, from drafting contracts to advising on regulatory compliance, such as data protection and the special requirements for businesses trading on the Internet.
TEAM
The TEAM drafts and negotiates commercial agreements of all types, & at various stages in the supply chain, to achieve clients' objectives. They will also help ensure compliance with competition law.
The TEAM has particular expertise in the field of intellectual property, from registering trade marks to advising on copyright issues, & are recognised by Chambers & The Legal 500. The TEAM help clients secure, protect and exploit their intellectual property rights, both in the UK and overseas.
The TEAM also represent clients in the media world on rights acquisition and exploitation via traditional and interactive platforms.
The TEAM is looking for a solicitor to join them in the London office.
YOU
YOU will have prior exposure to general commercial contracts and non-contentious IP experience.
YOU will be circa 1-2PQE.
