Head of Corporate/Commercial 5yrs+
Liverpool

Well known, multi site Liverpool practice currently wish to recruit a dynamic and motivational Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to spearhead a ``new brand`` within their existing Commercial department.

In line with continued strategic growth within their Commercial department, the firm wish to recruit a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer of at least 5 years PQE. They are also happy to hear from Salaried or Equity Partners from regional firms who may have a team of lawyers to bring with them.

The firm have an established Commercial department advising on both contentious and non contentious matters including Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation, Employment law and general Business advice. They need an experienced and well connected Lawyer to develop and expand their regional and national client base further helping to identify and target new business sources within the Commercial sector.

Work will include Corporate transactional matters as well as Shareholder & Partnership agreements, Restructuring, Joint Ventures and other general commercial contract matters. All applicants will be fully equipped to manage a high quality caseload on an unsupervised basis and will be an inspirational leader with the ability to train, mentor and supervise more junior staff.

All applicants should have extensive business development and marketing expertise with the ability to manage their own caseload in conjunction with contributing effectively to the strategic and financial development of the Commercial team.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience. Existing Salaried/Equity Partners with teams are invited to apply.
