Corporate/Commercial Solicitor 3yrs+

My client is a long established, multi disciplinary Merseyside law firm with an excellent reputation and an established client base both regionally and nationally. In line with continued strategic growth they wish to recruit a dynamic Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to work alongside an experienced Partner.

All applicants will possess a minimum of 3 years PQE and will have broad ranging commercial experience as well as the ability to pick up and develop new skills as the department continues to grow. The role will suit a solicitor who enjoys working as part of a small team, working on a diverse caseload ranging from business start ups and intellectual property advice, to shareholder and partnership agreements and commercial contracts.

The firm have a number of well known national clients and so the successful recruit can expect to be involved in challenging (and often high value) transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Commercial Lawyer - perhaps someone looking to enjoy more autonomy over their caseload and/or the chance to develop new skills within a friendly and supportive working environment.
