Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting for this lead national / international practice looking for an experienced commercial lawyer with top IT & IP exposure.
The Group
· The Group comprises of a broad range of the firm's specialist IT, IP, telecommunications, media, and e business solicitors, as well as those with commercial experiences.
· The lawyers in this team offer both contentious and non-contentious advice on major local & cross border projects;
· Clients include major government departments, some of the world's leading technology & communications companies, national regulatory authorities, major financial institutions, owners of well known international brands & patents, multinational media & entertainment companies, internet service providers, e-business enterprises and many more.
You
· You will be at least 4/5PQE+;
· You will be a senior lawyer looking to deal with a non-contentious caseload including commercial contracts work, outsourcing, supply agreements, agency distribution, & joint venture work.
· It would be and advantage if you also had specialist non-contentious IT and/or IP experience.
· To be successful you will have an excellent academic profile and experience gained at one of the top regional or City firms.
