A leading insurer is looking to recruit an Online Customer Support Executive into their Customer Services team. The role is located in South East England and is offering the opportunity to gain legal case handling experience as well as assist solicitors on a day to day basis, as you will be helping them with any problems they may be having using the company's online system.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of a telephone support role, as a significant proportion of the job will require you to assist clients with any problems they may be having. The successful candidate will have excellent telephone skills gained from a call centre or similar commercial environment, as well as demonstrable experience of dealing with customer issues.
It is crucial that all applicants are excellent communicators and work well as a junior member of a team. It would be useful if you had gained legal qualifications to date, such as a law degree or the LPC as the clients you are dealing with are solicitors.
You will be highly motivated with a pro-active approach to your work and be ready to rise to new challenges. There is scope for rapid progression in this role, as employees are expected to establish and maintain contact with both new and existing customers in order to increase overall usage of the online system. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also essential in this role.
