BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the North West has the following vacancy:

An experienced commercial contracts manager is sought after by this global organisation based in the Greater Manchester area. To be successful you must have experience of both general construction and commercial agreements, ideally with knowledge of standard form construction industry contracts.

The successful individual will work across a multitude of sectors and support the day to day commercial contracting operations of this arm of the UK/international business. You will also complete contract reviews and assist with the preparation of bids and tenders, alongside ensuring compliance with both internal policy and external laws. This is a client facing role so you must be a talented negotiator with a "can do" attitude to work.
