COMMERCIAL LAWYER / SOLICITOR
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
MANCHESTER
Legal Works clients are a lead national law firm currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic commercial / intellectual property / information technology solicitor / lawyer to join a friendly and hugely successful team based in the Manchester office.
To be successful you will:-
· Be circa 2-6PQE;
· Have gained experience at a top City/named regional law firm or niche practice within the sector;
· Be comfortable dealing with a broad range of quality & cutting edge intellectual property, information technology, commercial agreements & competition law issues;
· Be able to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters for local, national and multi-national businesses;
· Operate easily in a team driven environment, communicating with Partners other team members, support staff, as well as liaising direct with clients. You will be given a significant degree of autonomy from day one, encouraged and supported in developing client relationships;
· Have experience of and be prepared to get involved with a number of business development and marketing initiatives on behalf of the Group.
OUR CLIENTS ARE PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN SPEAKING TO LAWYERS / SOLICITORS BASED IN LONDON & LOOKING TO RETURN TO THE NORTH WEST WHERE THEY WILL HAVE STRONG FAMILY TIES & LOCAL CONNECTIONS.
