Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor to join the in-house legal team of this large organisation.

You will be responsible for supporting the business across EMEA with commercial negotiations, primarily in IT, software and related areas.

You will have a background as a commercial solicitor, working in-house or within a national/international or large regional firm, preferably with an IT bias. Experience of negotiating with clients in different jurisdictions will be a key strength.

Candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years pqe. A salary of up to £50,000 plus a significant benefits package which includes a company car, pension, share options, healthcare and more.
