Job Description

Based in East Anglia, this well respected multi-office firm wish to take on a Commercial Property PSL to enhance their team. You will already be an existing PSL with relevant experience and a well developed knowledge in all areas of commercial property gained from working with a well regarded city, regional or national firm.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge as well as excellent project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as the role will require the ability to influence at high levels within the firm.

The teams you would assist have extensive experience in dealing with portfolio acquisitions and disposals; mixed site assembly and development; city/town regeneration schemes; contentious and non-contentious construction work; affordable housing and much more.

If successful your duties would include drafting and updating know-how, precedents and standard forms and promoting their use; researching and analysing new law and identifying the practical consequences of any such change; disseminating legal knowledge to fee earners and clients; organising and delivering internal lectures or seminars fee earners or clients; dealing with fee earner enquiries: answering queries relating to maintained information and new areas of law; improving and developing practice management and legal services delivery systems; researching new ideas and putting concepts to the test.

Flexible working or part-time would be considered for the right person and there is an excellent salary package.
