Expanding private practice with City quality work and an impressive track record for sustained growth during the past decade require a senior solicitor capable of undertaking corporate and commercial transactional work, focusing upon the sale and purchase of business entities. Your experience will include due diligence, drafting of confidentiality agreements, review, drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, share structures and company formations. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to business develop and it is anticipated will be working within a city or regional law firm. Genuine career prospects and a route to partnership.
