COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - DEVON
THE FIRM
Our highly reputable Legal 200 client is actively recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer. With over 110 specialist fee earners, they have successfully built an international client base and serve them via three offices across the country.
THE ROLE
An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with 2 - 4 years PQE is sought for the Devon office. This will be an extremely exciting and varied role, offering the successful candidate responsibility for running a caseload under supervision. You will be undertaking a wide variety of commercial property work, including residential and commercial developments and retail transactions, which may include site acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and lease management documentation. The role will also involve but not be limited to: assisting in a range of development matters; supporting the team with secured lending transaction matters and providing property support to the commercial team. You will also be contributing to marketing and business development matters.
THE CANDIDATE
You must be an enthusiastic, ambitious Solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE, and have solid Commercial Property experience.
Excellent academics are a prerequisite.
You must be proactive, able to manage and prioritise a busy caseload while tailoring solutions for clients.
You must have good oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with people at all levels.
You will need to be able to work both independently, and as part of a team.
