Job Description

Commercial Contracts Partner, London An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Partner to join this progressive and expanding Top 200 law firm. Heading up the firm's commercial team in London, you will advise on a contentious and non-contentious commercial contracts caseload. This will include complex high value international trading agreements, which may involve agency, distribution, data protection, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property. In addition to this, the firm offer corporate support, standard terms of business, franchising, partnerships, LLPs and competition law. You will have all round commercial contract skills and a track record in business development. You will also have a presence and be recognised within the London market and will have a following of real substance. This is an exciting time to be joining this thriving team.
