NEW OPTION AT INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM
Legal Works is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious commercial IP/IT lawyer for their client a lead International Law Firm, based in the City office.
The TEAM Commerce & Technology is a medium sized team working in a challenging & exciting environment. The diversity of the TEAM's work arises from acting as its clients "external in-house lawyers", developing legal & commercial solutions for its clients in a demanding business world.
The FIRM is seeking to appoint two mid-level Commerce & Technology lawyers at circa 5-8PQE to work within this close-knit and busy TEAM.
To be successful YOU need to be extremely commercial in your thinking & approach, intelligent, possess sound drafting skills & have the ability to cope with a varied & stimulating workload.
YOU will be pro-active & have the ability to anticipate the needs of the TEAM's clients. You will also work closely with members of the Corporate Department & will have some responsibility for the management of commercial aspects of corporate transactions.
The FIRM is looking for an individual who will be a key member of the TEAM & who is self-motivated and able to motivate and aid in the development of more junior lawyers in the team.
Marketing and business development skills would also be an advantage since the assistants in the TEAM are closely involved in strategic and client development issues.
