Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Manchester (to £35,000)

A highly regarded and niche commercial practice is looking to recruit an assistant solicitor to specialise in corporate transactions as well as undertaking commercial work. 

The quality of work is excellent. The team (consisting of 6 specialist solicitors and partners) is instructed by an impressive portfolio of clients including plcs, regional businesses, SME clients, owner managed business, professional services clients and entrepreneurs.

The head of department is renowned as an excellent mentor ensuring you will develop your technical expertise, client facing and strategic & negotiation skills.

The nature of the work and salary banding is likely to appeal to a solicitor with 0-2 years post qualified experience who is able to take instruction and be a reliable team member working as part of a partner led team.
